Inside Sales Advisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Inside Sales Representatives to join our Sales team, based at our centre in Castleford. The role involves calling prospective customers (inbound and outbound) in order to generate leads and book appointments for the territory field sales team members. About the role This role involves generating sales opportunities through outbound and inbound contact, utilising data from a CRM base in order to promote our forklift product solutions and services.

On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
Direct selling to customers Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system Perform direct selling to customers and prospects for products within the Toyota's portfolio Who are we looking for? Experience of both traditional and online interaction with customers with be desirable but not essential PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes Full training on the products and systems will be provided.
