E&I Building Services Specialist  He/she is responsible for the coordination of Electrical/Instrumentation/Automation (E&I) Engineering activities inside the Buildings, including BMS, Telecom Systems and Fire&Gas detection Systems.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
According to the expertise and experience he/she is appointed to tasks with different technical complexity and requiring different levels of skill.
Support Group Leader in coordinating all the Building Services Engineering activities inside the department.
Specialized in one or more specific field of E&I engineering but able to coordinate the remaining services in order to grant the correct rooting, support system, position and functionality in the building systems design.
Be able to directly implement the 3D model of Building Services and a tool for their integration and coordination or instruct the BIM 3D Engineer to implement correctly the model.
Support the Discipline BIM Coordinator in collecting all the necessary information to model purpose.
Support the project BIM Engineer in the object libraries implementation.
Collect and address necessities coming from the project to be applied to E&I Engineering.
Provide full support to Building Coordinator activities through reports and analysis relevant to E&I project.
Personal Attributes:
Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering or High School Diploma in same disciplines.
Minimum 6 years of experience in E&I Engineering and/or Installation.
Electrical Detail Design experience.
Direct experience in coordination of Electrical, Automation, Telecom and Fire&Gas Services inside complex civil & industrial buildings.
HVAC Control Systems and Building Management Systems (BMS) Detail Design experience.
Fluent English speaker and writer.
Availability to travel abroad in international engineering lead centers for short periods.
