At Aitho, we design innovative software solutions that empower businesses and enhance operational efficiency. We’re looking for an  experienced Senior Java Developer  who can lead, innovate, and drive technical excellence while mentoring others.

What You’ll Do

Design and implement complex server-side applications

Define coding standards and guide technical decisions

Lead projects through the full SDLC and optimize performance

Mentor teammates and facilitate code reviews

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of back-end development experience (Java 11/17)

Advanced expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, and databases (SQL/No

SQL)

Strong knowledge of API security (OAuth, JWT), CI/CD, and testing (TDD/BDD)

Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
