We're looking for two dedicated and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our team at Helles Barracks in Catterick Garrison. If you take pride in providing great service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are flexible with your working hours, this could be the role for you.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements:you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and displays clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Receiving and storing deliveries efficiently
• Handling till operations, including cashing up at the beginning and end of shifts
• Maintaining cleanliness across shop shelving, refrigeration units, and counters
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained and rotated appropriately

• A flexible, reliable, and positive attitude
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Retail experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided
