The Michaels in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and coordinate in-store events such as children’s birthday parties and craft classes, delivering a fun, creative guest experience. You will help customers shop, enroll them in the Rewards program, and support BOPIS/SFS processes while upholding store standards.
Ideal candidates are energetic with strong people skills and prior retail or customer service experience. Weekend/early shifts are common.
