Lesaffre is seeking a Lead Lab Tech in Cedar Rapids to drive microbiological and chemical analyses of raw materials and yeast, and to coordinate weekend laboratory activities. You will interact with other departments to obtain samples, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure timely test results.
Required are an associate degree in a science field, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree or related lab experience. Strong organization, safety focus, and Microsoft 365 skills are also expected.
