What will you be doing?
MGroup’s Transport Aviation team are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Maintenance team  are excited to present this new opportunity for a talented ground works Site Supervisor who is looking to be involved on a variety of challenging Engineering Projects. Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine. The Maintenance team provides technical services for a range of construction related disciplines, and activities, focused on delivering great service everyday supporting our clients’ primary assets to enable an extraordinary airport, fit for the future. Primarily supporting our Aviation client in Hounslow – this role is suitable for experienced General Foreman looking to progress their career to the next level.
Where will you be working?
Aviation
- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works at Heathrow Airport.
Due to the nature of our projects (Airside & Landside operations) you MUST be prepared to work nights when required.
You should ideally have a strong work experience and background of general civil works including earthworks, drainage, ducting and concreting.

Excavation Supervision

What you’ll bring

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a safety critical environment - desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to get the most out of the people working for you
Willingness to work nights
SSSTS with SMSTS desirable
SSSTS
CSCS Card
People Management / Site Management
Ability to obtain airside pass
Briefings and tool box talks
Control of site safety and quality

Job Requirements:

AGL Knowledge
Aviation experience
Civils Project Delivery experience
Working to standards and specifications
Order and management of plant and materials
