Sprayer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joinery / Furniture Sprayer to join a well-established joinery and bespoke furniture workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sprayer to work on high-end bespoke joinery and furniture projects, producing premium finishes for residential and commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spraying high-end joinery and bespoke furniture to a high standard

• Preparing surfaces, including sanding, priming and finishing

• Applying lacquer, paint and specialist finishes with attention to detail

• Maintaining spray booth, equipment and a clean, safe working environment

• Working closely with bench joiners and workshop management to meet deadlines

• Ensuring all finishes meet quality control standards

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a joinery or furniture sprayer

• Experience working with bespoke joinery, furniture or high-end interiors

• Strong knowledge of spray finishes, paints and lacquers

• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a workshop team
