• Lead audits from planning through to completion for clients in diverse sectors.
• Supervise and review the work of junior team members.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact during audits.
• Manage deadlines and ensure audits are delivered on time and within budget.
• Liaise with managers and directors to communicate progress and findings.
• Prepare and review accounts where required (approx. 5% of workload).

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong audit experience in practice.
• In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP; IFRS exposure is advantageous.
• Confident leading audits for clients from planning to completion.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
