AV Project Coordinator

Salary: 25,000 to 28,000
Location:
London (office based)

This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive and confident speaking with clients and internal teams. You don't need any AV industry experience. You just need strong admin skills, clear communication and the ability to keep projects running smoothly from the office.

You'll support a busy technical team by managing project documents, being the go-to contact for Project Managers and other key staff, ordering and booking in stock, scheduling work and keeping all communication clear and professional.

The Role

You'll be a key part of the operations team and the main support for day to day project activity.

Your work will include:

Ordering stock, raising purchase orders and booking items in when delivered
Keeping inventory and project stock records updated
Managing project documents, schedules and trackers
Updating systems and helping prepare quotes and basic paperwork
Communicating confidently with clients, engineers, suppliers and contractors
Booking engineers for site visits and helping coordinate timelines
Supporting meetings with notes and follow up actions
Staying on top of deadlines and helping keep projects moving

This is a structured, organised, office based role with variety and responsibility.

About You

You enjoy being the organised person in the room and you're great at keeping everything on track.

We're looking for:

Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident communication skills
Good admin ability and a proactive approach
Comfortable speaking with clients, suppliers and engineers
Ability to manage stock, orders and deliveries with accuracy
A calm and reliable approach even when things get busy
Experience in admin, coordination or an office support role

No technical experience is required. Full training will be provided. The company will also look at someone part time for this role, or even look at a 'temp to perm' opportunity.
