Location: City Of London

Job Title: Onboarding Administrator (Temporary)
Location: Brixton, London (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Contract: 1 month temporary contract, with potential to extend or go permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £14–£15 per hour (DOE)

About the Company:

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing property lettings firm based in Brixton. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and the team are great - social and close knit. We are seeking an organised, personable, and proactive Onboarding Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.

The role will focus on supporting the lettings team with administrative and onboarding tasks, ensuring that new clients and tenants are welcomed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new tenants and landlords, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time
  • Maintain and update records within internal systems (Hub Spot experience desirable)
  • Assist with compliance checks, referencing, and tenancy paperwork
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate onboarding requirements
  • Prepare and issue welcome packs, contracts, and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and responding to email/phone enquiries
  • Contribute to the wider team by ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive onboarding experience
About You
  • Minimum of 1 year’s office-based experience (property sector experience a bonus but not essential)
  • Confident, sparky, and personable with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using Hub Spot or similar CRM systems is desirable
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to support the team wherever needed
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a busy environment
