About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely input of information that supports our business operations. Key Objectives
  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Support various departments by providing timely and precise data management.
Responsibilities
  • Input, verify, and update data from various sources into electronic systems.
  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and reports in both physical and digital formats.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
  • Adhere to data privacy and security policies during all tasks.
  • Perform routine backups to safeguard information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with database management and data confidentiality standards.
