An opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Executive Assistant to join a dynamic and pioneering Venture Capital firm based in the City. Supporting an inspirational Founder, this is a pivotal role at the heart of a fast‑paced and high‑performing investment environment.

The team backs some of Europe’s most ambitious and visionary entrepreneurs across technology, consumer, fintech and SaaS. With an exceptional reputation for high‑conviction investing and a culture of creativity, collaboration and excellence, this is a unique opportunity for an EA who thrives on variety, pace and purpose.

The Role

This is a 1:1 support role to the Founder offering full visibility into all business and operational areas of a successful investment firm. The position will suit someone at the top of their game who takes pride in delivering impeccable, detail‑driven support and enjoys operating as an extension of their Principal.

Key responsibilities
  • Full 1:1 business and personal EA support at C‑Suite level
  • Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
  • Coordination of meetings with founders, investors and partners across Europe and the US
  • Extensive international travel management, itineraries and logistics
  • Preparation of documents, presentations and communications for internal and external audiences
  • Expense management and monthly reconciliation
  • Research and coordination to support investment and strategic projects
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
About You

You’ll be an exceptionally organised, proactive and polished EA who thrives in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment. You will love being one step ahead, anticipating needs, and ensuring every detail is perfectly executed.

You will enjoy working in an EA team led environment, sharing common goals and responsibilities to ensure the Founder’s day runs like clockwork.

We’re looking for someone who is
  • Experienced: at least 5 years’ experience as an EA at Founder or C‑Suite level (minimum 2 years 1:1)
  • Ultra‑organised, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure
  • Tech‑savvy and confident using G‑Suite, MS Office and AI tools to optimise efficiency
  • Naturally curious, quick to learn and eager to understand how the business operates
  • Adaptable, solutions‑focused and comfortable navigating change
  • Professional, warm and confident when engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Discreet, loyal and utterly reliable

Hours: 9.00 - 18.00 with flexibility as required
Hybrid: 4 days in the City office, 1 day WFH
