Executive Assistant to CFO – Global Corporate Business

Our client, a leading global corporate organisation based in the city, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plus 1other
. This is a pivotal role within the business, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive EA support to the CFO, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.
  • Manage complex global diaries
    , scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements
    , including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and manage high‑quality documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Preparing for key stakeholder meetings to include Board, ExCo and shareholder meetings
  • Liaising with the most senior executives within the business
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Support with ad‑hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Senior EA supporting C‑suite executives in a global corporate environment.
  • Strong track record in international diary and travel management
    .
  • Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional, proactive, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail.
