Careers & Inclusion Coordinator – 12 month Maternity Contract
Our client a Global PLC with the FMCG market, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Careers & Inclusion Coordinator to support the delivery of their Careers and Inclusion agenda across all divisions and businesses. You will provide timely, confidential, and responsive support to the team, ensuring projects are well communicated, implemented, and evaluated for impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track project plans and work streams, ensuring timely delivery.
- Research, develop, and edit content for presentations, websites, training materials, and digital documents.
- Plan and execute communications using multiple platforms (Email, PowerPoint, Page Tiger, Microsoft Office).
- Maintain resource packs and toolkits for Careers, D&I, and networking initiatives.
- Manage technical platforms, ensuring robust content management and data protection practices.
- Provide basic training and support to platform users.
- Monitor engagement levels and recommend new suppliers for learning resources.
- Track and report team spend, manage invoices, and maintain GDPR compliance.
- Support team meetings, agendas, and action tracking.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders across ABF and provide ad hoc support when needed.
The person will have
- Previously coordinated multiple projects or work streams
- Ability to manage technical platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data.
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
Desirable
- Knowledge of GDPR, content creation platforms (e.g., Page Tiger), SharePoint, and network mapping tools.
- Experience in people development administration and website updates.

£40,000 - £50,000
