Senior Private PA to the Founder - UHNW Notting Hill - FILLED

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support an accomplished entrepreneur and high-net-worth individual. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted gatekeeper and right hand to the Founder, managing all personal matters across a wide range of activities. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and fast‑paced environment, working closely with a wider support team and playing a pivotal role in ensuring the Founder’s life runs smoothly.

This role is based full‑time in Notting Hill; evening and weekend work will be expected. The role will occasionally require domestic and international travel. The offices are lovely and your colleagues are very helpful and know the Founder well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Support
  • ● Oversee personal errands, reservations, and event planning
  • ● Liaise with household staff, and service providers
  • ● Support the Founder’s lifestyle, hobbies, and wellness routines
  • ● Strong project management to ensure that all deadlines are met, and projects running to time and budget
  • ● Be on call 24/7 to assist with last minute requests
  • Calendar & Schedule Management
  • ● Coordinate complex and ever‑changing schedule
  • ● Book appointments, meetings, and personal engagements
  • ● Proactively manage conflicts and anticipate changes
  • Travel & Logistics
  • ● Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
  • ● Handle last‑minute changes and cancellations with poise and efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a UHNWI individual
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment
  • Impeccable discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 24/7 availability and flexibility to travel on short notice
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Absolute discretion – the PA will manage all private, confidential personal materials.
  • Solutions focused, calm & resourceful.

Office‑based 5 days in Notting Hill. Competitive salary with discretionary bonus. 24/7 availability expected so you will be used to giving this level of support.
