Are you a highly organised, proactive, and discreet EA with a passion for supporting inspiring leaders? We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to step into a maternity cover contract supporting the CEO of a groundbreaking firm based in London's West End. This is a pivotal role, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and a key liaison to the Board, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of complex diary management and scheduling.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation that cares about it s people. You will be joining the business for a 12 to 14 month timeframe during a period of growth with some exciting developments on the horizon.
What You ll DoThis role will see you act as the right hand to the CEO assisting with a range of business support tasks. This includes:
- Managing the CEO’s complex diary, including scheduling internal and external meetings, investor calls, media engagements, and travel itineraries
- Prepare briefing materials, PowerPoint presentations, and reports for meetings with stakeholders, investors, and partners
- Lead the planning of corporate/investor conferences collaborating with the executive team, external vendors, and organisers
- Arranging board meetings and maintaining communication with the board
- Travel arrangements including flights, hotels and cars
- Monitor and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses
- Support the CEO in initiatives, including project tracking, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications
Looking for an organised and professional EA that is well accustomed to working with high level executives keeping all plates spinning;
- 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in a fast-moving sector
- Strong skills managing complex diaries and finding gaps in busy schedules
- Calm under pressure and good problem solving skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Tech savvy with proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and collaboration tool
- Discreet, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
