Senior Private PA to Principal – UHNW Family Office

This is an important and senior role reporting directly to the Principal on all Private Matters both in the UK and internationally. Working within a tight team and liaising with the Chief of Staff this is a busy and interesting role that requires out of hours (not extensive but you must be available) excellent UHNW support experience preferably within a team or in a Family Office.

The Family Office is based in a large company.

Top diary and travel skills with detailed itineraries. Used to liaising with the Principal when he and his family travel (which is often). Managing all communication and delegating when needed. Top English skills written and spoken are expected as you will be drafting detailed correspondence and emails.

A top communicator and able to juggle many requests and alterations to the schedule. Calm under pressure and used to working for a more "traditional UHNW Principal who expects the best.

Excellent tech skills and a top team player able to lead by example. Outstanding confidentiality and discretion required and excellent communication skills at all level. Solutions driven with a high degree of professionalism. Solid EA skills to a high standard with an in depth knowledge of processes and procedures

Extremely well presented and spoken (degree standard preferred).
