• Support the end‑to‑end category management process within Food product assortments (across either Frozen, Snacking & Confectionary, Store Cupboard or Drinks).
• Support the category leader develop and nurture strategic partnership with national and local supply partners.
• Analyse key metrics and range gaps to derive strategies on how to improve supplier and category performance.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Assist on developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing structures and promotional campaigns.
• Develop long‑term category strategies which are fit for the local market to ensure customer acquisition and retention as well as growth in key category KPIs.
• Cross‑departmental engagement with supply chain, app development and marketing to deliver a best‑in‑class service to our customers.

• Procurement, Merchandising or buying experience within FMCG. The ideal candidate will have eCommerce experience in food categories.
• Understanding of consumers, with market insights and purchasing expertise.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking.
• Effective communicator with a passion for continuous learning.
