Our fast-growing London team is leading EMEA expansion, working with a diverse portfolio of global clients and partners to deliver data-driven workplace insights and smart building solutions. We’re now looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to help shape the next phase of this growth.
In this role you will own a portfolio of high-value accounts—supporting customer success, driving expansion opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor on workplace technology and data strategy.
This is a pivotal role that combines commercial leadership, relationship management, and strategic insight to help our customers scale their workplace intelligence programs across global portfolios.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Enterprise Account Manager at XY Sense, you’ll play a key role in driving customer success and commercial growth across our expanding EMEA and global portfolio. You’ll build trusted partnerships with global enterprise clients, uncover new opportunities for impact, and help shape the future of smart workplace technology.
Your Impact- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts — developing and executing tailored strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Drive expansion by identifying new use cases, cross‑sell, and upsell opportunities to deepen customer engagement.
- Lead commercial negotiations for renewals, expansions, and multi‑year agreements, ensuring long‑term customer success.
- Maintain clear visibility of forecasts, renewals, and expansion opportunities that align to our regional and global strategy.
- Champion customer feedback, ensuring accounts stay informed on product updates and integration opportunities that maximize XY Sense’s value.
- Lead relationships from day one, engaging customers at the point of sale close to support smooth onboarding and implementation and ongoing support as their strategies and portfolios evolve.
- Act as the senior point of contact for enterprise customers, cultivating relationships with multiple stakeholders — from day‑to‑day contacts to C‑suite executives.
- Deliver strategic QBRs and executive presentations, translating complex data into actionable workplace insights.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on workplace data, analytics, and technology integration.
- Collaborate globally with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and outstanding ongoing service.
- Represent XY Sense at leading industry events, conferences, and partner forums, strengthening our brand presence across EMEA.
- Build and nurture networks with workplace consultants, real estate advisors, and technology integration partners.
- Stay ahead of workplace trends and share insights that influence customer strategies and shape the future of the smart building ecosystem.
You’re a confident, commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on solving complex challenges and delivering meaningful impact for customers. You might already be managing enterprise accounts — or you may be ready to take the next step into larger, more strategic customer ownership. Either way, you bring proven experience, motivation, and a strong drive to grow into a regional leadership role.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Have 5–7 years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting or enterprise sales within B2B SaaS, workplace technology, or enterprise software.
- Bring a track record of success managing and expanding customer relationships, meeting revenue targets, and delivering tangible business results.
