Your Next ChallengeTo support the effective running of the Global Private Client business unit by combining data-driven insights with operational and programme support. The role is split between:
- Business Reporting & Data Analysis (50%) – Creating and owning business reporting in conjunction with the Global Business Manager, delivering actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Business & Programme Support (50%) – Supporting strategic initiatives, operational planning, and coordination across teams.
Business Reporting & Data Analysis
- In conjunction with the Global Business Manager, create, develop, and co-own business reporting for the Global Private Clients (GPC) business.
- Deliver MI and dashboards for Private commercial and operational teams.
- Monitor and report on P&L and EBITDA targets, including KPI/KPD reporting with variance analysis.
- Support the preparation of Board and ExCo reporting materials, including formatting, structuring, and compiling inputs from relevant stakeholders.
- Assess strategic opportunities using benchmarking, external research, and analysis techniques.
Business & Programme Support
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Support the Global Head of Private Clients and senior leadership with business planning and performance reviews.
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against KPIs and business targets, escalating risks or delays.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across teams.
Insight & Strategic Support
- Support strategic decision-making through analysis, benchmarking, and external research.
- Assist in gathering market and competitor intelligence to inform business planning.
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for management, ExCo, and Board.
- Monitor and report on product implementations and business initiatives as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant business graduate, with strong academic achievement preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualisation tools.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to produce and interpret MI including revenue, commission, and performance reports.
- Comfortable working with financial metrics such as P&L, EBITDA, and KPIs.
- Capable of establishing KPIs and producing management reporting for commercial and operational teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively, and articulately, across all levels of seniority.
- Experience working in a commercial or operational environment, ideally within financial services or a data-driven business unit.
- Exposure to project or programme support, including planning, tracking, and reporting (formal training desirable but not essential).

Please note:
This position is full-time, permanent. The role is expected to be office-based in London as part of Global Private Clients Team. However, we have an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.
