Product specialist

As a Package Product Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating compelling, commercially viable holiday packages that inspire customers and support consultants to sell with confidence. You'll bring together flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and ancillaries to design customer-focused itineraries that are competitive, well-priced and ready for market across online and in-store channels. You'll develop and manage packages across a Core, Campaign and Tactical range, ensuring our offer stays relevant, exciting and aligned to market demand.

Working closely with Product, Pricing, Marketing and Supply teams, you'll turn supplier opportunities and campaign priorities into high-performing packages that deliver strong conversion, revenue and margin outcomes. This role blends creativity with commercial thinking. You'll monitor competitor activity, analyse package performance, refresh existing deals and identify opportunities to optimise or expand the package portfolio. Attention to detail is critical, as you'll ensure packages are accurately built, approved, loaded and maintained to the highest quality standards.

You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities while working autonomously to deliver packages that truly stand out in the market. You're an experienced travel professional with a strong background in building and selling multi-component holiday packages. You understand destinations, suppliers and travel logistics, and you're confident working with pricing, margins and commercial agreements. You're detail-driven and highly organised, able to manage multiple packages at once without compromising quality.

At the same time, you bring creativity and design thinking to how packages are structured, positioned and presented to different customer segments. You're comfortable working cross-functionally, building strong relationships with product, pricing, marketing and operational teams. You communicate clearly, think commercially, and use data and insights to improve performance and outcomes. You'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in travel product, retail consulting or wholesale operations
• Proven experience creating and managing multi-component travel packages
• Strong destination, hotel, cruise and tour knowledge
• Understanding of pricing, costing and margin management
• High attention to detail and strong time-management skills
• Confidence working autonomously while remaining highly collaborative
• Experience with product loading systems or CMS platforms (preferred)
