The Role

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s commercial strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth across multiple channels and international markets. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring the business maintains its competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key retail, wholesale, and e-commerce partners across domestic and global markets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion initiatives in line with company objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure a seamless commercial strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
