• Build and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
• Work closely with internal technical and operational teams to deliver effective solutions
• Represent the company's values, products, and services to a high professional standard

• Proven experience in business development or client‑facing B2B sales
• Experience selling into, or working alongside, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to commute to Welling
