About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee roofing projects and ensure smooth site operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong trade background who is ready to step into a supervisory role and take ownership of site safety, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

* Coordinate and manage roofing teams and subcontractors.

* Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

* Report progress, issues, and updates to senior management.

* Support and mentor site operatives, promoting a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements

* SSTS or SMSTS certification (essential).

* Valid driving licence (essential).

* Asbestos Awareness training (preferred, but training can be provided).

* NVQ qualification (preferred, but not essential).

* Previous experience in a trade – roofing preferred, but other trades considered.

* Comfortable working at heights and supervising roofing projects.
