Site Manager – Residential New Build Location
NW London
SalaryUp to £60,000 (DOE)
OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential new build projects in NW London. The role can be fully off the tools, or hands-on if preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Full management of residential new build sites
- Programming and coordinating subcontractors
- Managing quality, health & safety, and site paperwork
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new builds
- Plumber or electrician background highly desirable
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
Salary up to £60k depending on experience
