A construction manager is urgently required for a highly successful main contractor in South London, to work on a major £1.8b project working on mixed use including: residential, commercial, retail and restaurants.

The purpose of this role for a construction manager is to oversee the refurbishment and the mechanical and electrical phase of a multi-billion pound mega project, to make sure it is being completed on time and in the budget that has been set.

To apply for this role you will need to be, degree qualified or to have a relevant trade experience, worked on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed use schemes, you will need experience in managing subcontractors, you are required to have health and safety certificate, CSCS card, SMSTS.
