A Mechanical Construction Manager is required for a main contractor in Central London.

The project is a major multi-billion pound project working on a mixed-use scheme.

The purpose of this role for a construction manager is to oversee the façade/external and the mechanical and electrical phase of a multi-billion pound mega project, to make sure it is being completed on time and in the budget that has been set.

• You must be degree qualified or have a similar construction degree.
• You must have worked on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed-use schemes.
• You must be mechanically biased.
• You will need experience in managing subcontractors.
• Health and safety certificate.
• CSCS card.
