£35,000 – £40,000 + car allowance / package | Permanent | East London

I have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning house builder on a permanent basis, based out of their East London offices.

The company have been around for approximately 20 years, and during this time they have evolved into one of the leading house builders in the Country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality focused and are recognised as one of the leading, most trusted provider of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are an extremely busy business with a lot of work currently ongoing, and much more in the pipeline. They are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on large new build residential schemes. This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional company and be a part of a great commercial team.

• Ideally Degree qualified
• Experience working for a reputable house builder
• New build residential project experience is essential
• Excellent all round commercial skills
• Able to commute to East London on a daily basis
• Full UK Drivers Licence
