I'm currently partnered with a rapidly growing, design-led refurbishment specialist who are delivering some of the most impressive high-end residential projects in London. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we're looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years' experience to join their commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants real autonomy, exposure to prestigious projects, and a genuine route to progression within a business scaling fast.
🔍 The RoleAs Quantity Surveyor, you'll take full commercial responsibility for projects from inception through to final account. Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in cost management, subcontract procurement, valuations, and overseeing financial performance across multiple high-end refurbishment schemes.
You will be based in the Marylebone office two days a week, with the remainder split between site visits and working from home.
💼 What We're Looking For- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proven background in high-end residential refurbishment
- Experience running projects from start to finish
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent client-facing communication
A proactive, detail-driven approach and desire to progress quickly
- Up to £55,000 salary
- 20% bonus
