An award-winning, London-based developer of exceptional residential properties is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis, based in West London.

This modern, dynamic residential developer builds quality properties that reflect the aspirations of their residents, stimulate thriving communities, and set a benchmark for modern living in the City of London. The company has been around for over 5 years and has already created a development pipeline worth over £2 billion.

The company is extremely busy and is looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Project and Senior Quantity Surveyors. The role is office-based, with regular site visits as and when required. All of their projects are based within the M25.

• Ideally degree-qualified or other relative construction qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
• Career-focused and driven
• Good commercial awareness
• Full UK driver’s license
