Senior Quantity Surveyor (High End Residential) | Permanent | Central London

A multi-disciplined building contractor specializing in the high end residential sector is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis, based in Central London.

The company undertakes new build and refurbishment projects in prime residential locations in Central London, including projects to listed buildings, restoring them to their former glory. They are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record working in the high end residential sector for a reputable main contractor or developer, with experience working on new build and refurbishment projects. They should be able to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor or Residential Developer
• Experience working on high end, luxury houses and apartments
• Ideally have experience working on new build and refurbishment projects
• Exceptional commercial skills and awareness
• Able to work autonomously on multiple projects
• Able to commute to Central London on a daily basis

What We Offer:

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + Package
