Senior Quantity Surveyor (Residential Developer)

An award-winning, London-based developer of exceptional residential properties is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis in West London.

This modern, dynamic residential developer builds quality properties that reflect the aspirations of their residents, stimulate thriving communities, and set a benchmark for modern living in the City of London. The company has been around for over 5 years and has already created a development pipeline worth over £2 billion.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing new build residential developments from start to finish, with experience in RC frame, metsec facades, brickwork, and concrete frames. A track record of working on London-based residential developments is highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree qualification or other relevant construction qualification
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
• Experience working on new build residential developments from start to finish
• Experience with RC frames, metsec facades, brickwork, and concrete frames
• London-based project experience
• Dynamic, hard-working, and driven
• Exceptional commercial skills and awareness
• Full UK driver’s license

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + package
