An M&E Construction Manager is required for a leading Top 5 Main Contractor in Central London.

The project is a mixed-use multibillion mega scheme working on a mix of Residential, retail, restaurants, and offices.

The purpose of this role for a construction manager is to manage the mega mixed-use scheme, to make sure it is being completed on time and in the budget that has been set.

• 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager.
• You must be degree qualified or have a similar construction degree.
• You must have worked on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed-use schemes.
• You must have a strong background as a construction manager.
• You will need experience in managing site staff.
• Health and safety certificate.
• CSCS card.

• Overseeing all of the site staff.
• Making sure Health and safety is up to the client’s standard.
• Responsibility for the whole site.
• Making sure all of the method statements are correct.
• Making sure the project will be completed on time.
• Site managing the site from start to finish.
