A multi-faceted main contractor with over 30 years’ experience in the industry is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a prestigious project in Canary Wharf.

The company operates in various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and educational, for both public and private clients, ranging from small residential developments to large-scale, high-class new build and refurbishment contracts.

The successful candidate will work on a long-term, prestigious scheme in Canary Wharf, a 20+ storey, RC frame, high-spec residential development consisting of over 170 units. Reporting to the Project Surveyor, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be fully involved in all commercial aspects of the project.

Requirements:

• Ideally Degree qualified or HND qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a reputable main contractor
• New build residential experience
• Career focused and driven to succeed
• Able to commute to Canary Wharf on a daily basis
