Senior Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential & Boutique Projects

📍 Fulham, Central London

💰 Up to £100,000 + Package

A growing high end residential contractor based in the heart of London is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead across a portfolio of beautifully detailed projects.

This is a key hire for the business - you’ll be managing 4-5 live schemes at a time, shaping the commercial function, and helping to drive the company’s continued growth.

With a turnover of around £8m and an ambitious plan to double in size over the coming years, this is an opportunity to make a real impact - with a clear progression route to Commercial Director and potential equity on offer further down the line.

• Luxury residential and boutique mixed-use developments across London
• Projects ranging from £500k to £5m in value
• A mix of refurbishments, new builds, and bespoke fit outs
• Working under both Traditional and Design & Build contracts
• Growing portfolio including hotel refurbishments and mixed-use schemes

• Take ownership of all commercial aspects across multiple live projects
• Oversee cost planning, procurement, and subcontract management
• Lead valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Work closely with Directors to shape commercial strategy and processes
• Act as the go‑to commercial lead for the business — mentoring junior staff and driving best practice

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high-end residential construction
• Strong understanding of Traditional and D&B contracts
• Commercially astute, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple projects
• Ideally experience working in smaller, hands‑on businesses
• Ambition to grow into a leadership role and help shape a developing company
