A leading infrastructure and social housing refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing programme of works across Pimlico, London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive employer with strong project pipelines and genuine long-term development.

• Leading commercial and contractual management for social housing refurbishment projects in Pimlico / South West London.
• Managing procurement, subcontract packages, valuations and final accounts as an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Collaborating closely with operational teams to ensure cost control, forecasting and delivery against profit targets.
• Preparing monthly CVRs, financial reports, contractual notices and project documentation.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors to secure repeat business.

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a commercial discipline, with strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor in London.
• Demonstrable experience within social housing refurbishment, retrofit, or maintenance projects.
• Strong contractual knowledge, cost management skills and CVR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and wider commercial systems.
• Full UK driving licence and valid CSCS card.
