Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Construction Projects

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor (£100mil + turnover) working on high-profile construction projects across the capital.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS to take ownership of key packages, drive financial performance, and play a pivotal role in project delivery from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full commercial management of construction projects
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Preparation and negotiation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Working closely with site teams, project managers, and clients
- Ensuring contractual compliance and risk mitigation

Requirements:
- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
- Experience delivering £20mil+  projects in London
- Commercially sharp, detail-driven, and confident in negotiations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
