Reform UK is looking for a
Graphic Designer
to join our exceptional creative team. This role is all about producing a high volume of sharp, engaging visuals that cut through on social media, at events, and in print. If you can deliver great design quickly and consistently, this is your chance to make your work seen by millions.

What you’ll do

Create graphics across digital and print: social media content, literature, campaign materials, merchandise, event branding and publications.

Adapt designs for different platforms while keeping a consistent look and feel.

Work closely with the wider team to deliver creative on tight deadlines.

Translate complex messages into clear, eye‑catching visuals.

Ensure every piece is accurate, polished, and ready for a national audience.

Bring energy and ideas to help push our design output further.

What we’re looking for

A strong design portfolio showing creativity and attention to detail.

Proven experience producing design in a fast‑paced environment.

Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Familiarity with simple video editing and animation (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a strong plus.

Politically aware — you’ll understand the pace, tone and impact of working in politics.

Confidence working to tight deadlines and producing a large volume of content without losing quality.

A strong eye for layout, typography and colour.

Why join Reform UK?

This isn’t just another design role. Politics is 24/7 — and your work will be right at the centre of it. You’ll create content that defines how millions of people see one of the fastest‑growing political movements in Britain. From social feeds to national media and live rallies, your creativity will have a direct, visible impact.

Please provide and attach a PDF portfolio of previous graphic design work, or link to your website (if you have one) on your application.
