We are looking for a Scriptwriter / Story Producer who can take real life and construct it into clear, compelling story arcs. While traditional reality‑TV backgrounds are ideal, this role also suits scriptwriters and story editors from You Tube, podcasting, or documentary‑style digital content who understand how to build narrative, character, and emotional pacing.

The series follows a high‑profile family with a significant digital presence. The format blends constructed reality, observational storytelling, and structured narrative
, designed for a You Tube‑first audience.

The successful candidate will help shape the editorial identity of a new franchise - crafting storylines, writing treatments, building episode structure, and translating real‑life material into engaging entertainment.

This hybrid role combines writing, story producing, editorial shaping, and light field production
. You will work closely with on‑screen talent, senior producers, and videographers to ensure every scene contributes to the overarching storyline.

The role is based primarily in Knightsbridge with regular travel to Dubai for shoots, planning, story development, and talent support.

• Build character‑driven arcs across lifestyle, family, business, and relationship themes
• Develop episode structures, narrative beats, treatments, and story maps
• Shape real‑life events into coherent and engaging multi‑episode storylines
• Identify drama, humour, emotional hooks, and continuity across the series
• Track developing narratives and recommend future story directions

• Write scene outlines, interview questions, and structured scripts for planned moments
• Deliver editor‑ready story producer packages, including narrative notes and key selects
• Convert raw footage, conversations, and observational moments into clear story beats
• Provide editorial direction during post‑production to maintain narrative consistency

• Support shoots in both London and Dubai, ensuring narrative and creative objectives are met
• Work closely with talent to guide tone, structure, and story alignment
• Collaborate with directors, videographers, and senior creatives to execute planned story objectives

This role is an excellent fit for candidates from:

These backgrounds bring strong skills in pacing, personality analysis, episodic structure, and narrative clarity - all highly relevant to the series.

• Background in reality TV, docu‑soap, digital storytelling, You Tube series, or narrative podcasts
• Strong understanding of pacing, story beats, tension and resolution in episodic formats
• Experience writing or producing content featuring real people / real dynamics
• Luxury, lifestyle, or personality‑led content experience is beneficial

• Ability to craft narrative from raw or unstructured material
• Excellent writing skills with a strong editorial voice
• Ability to manage storylines over multiple episodes
• Calm and organised, able to work at speed with shifting story elements
• Confident working with high‑profile personalities

• Comfortable travelling to Dubai regularly (often monthly)
• Able to work both in‑office and on location
