You excel in crafting compelling, user‑friendly and accessible products whilst taking ownership of projects to deliver the highest‑quality output. • Creating beautiful and user‑friendly experiences that have real‑world impact.
• Working collaboratively with other designers, project managers and development teams to produce best‑in‑class, award‑winning work.
• Developing user journeys, creating wireframes, pixel‑perfect design and producing interactive prototypes.
• Crafting unbelievable, high‑impact pitch presentations.
• Be part of brainstorming, creative problem solving and ideas sessions.
• Stewarding the client with expert advice and opinion while delivering their creative vision.

• A strategic thinker, storyteller and problem solver.
• Passionate about the power of creativity.
• Fluent in UX/UI best practices for both mobile apps and responsive websites.
• Interested by AI and how it can elevate our design offering.
• Fully conversant with core studio programmes;
  Figma, Adobe CC etc.
• Familiar with Microsoft & Apple suites, including MS Office and Keynote.

• A beautiful portfolio that illustrates creative flair, visual hierarchy and an understanding of colour and typography.
• A flexible attitude and a willingness to work on process‑based briefs.
• Experience of working in a creative design studio.
• The ability to work both autonomously and alongside other designers, project managers and directors.
• Excellent time management with flexible approach to work loads and deadlines.
