Our client is a creative London-based tech start-up that partners with influencers to build innovative digital products and apps. Their team drives the product, design, technology, and growth strategy while creators bring audience and vision. Each project is treated like a high-impact start-up fast, ambitious, and user-focused.

As the first core designer hire, you'll work directly with founders and developers behind products used by millions. You'll take full ownership of the design process from branding and UI/UX design to vector illustrations and Lottie animations that bring products to life. This role blends artistry with precision and is ideal for a designer who can make digital experiences both visually captivating and functional.

• Design beautiful, intuitive UI/UX for mobile and web applications
• Create vector-based illustrations and SVGs in a consistent brand style
• Produce high-quality Lottie animations (Duolingo-level quality and emotional impact)
• Collaborate with founders, developers, and creators to bring ideas to life
• Build scalable design systems and component libraries
• Provide creative direction on brand identity, mascots, and motion design style
• Iterate quickly and implement feedback effectively

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX, motion design, and illustration
• Expert in Lottie and After Effects (Duolingo-level animation skill is non-negotiable)
• Strong vector design and illustration skills (Figma, Illustrator, SVG proficiency)
• Experienced in designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Able to transform loose ideas into polished, production-ready products
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
• Passionate about creators, design, and tech innovation
