We’re predicting the need to grow and refresh our freelance Designer roster in 2026! Do you have experience at top tier advertising and design agencies? Think Uncommon, Wieden+Kennedy, Wonderhood, Droga, Udox, Wolff Olins, Future and other progressive, creatively-driven studios—agencies that create campaigns we can’t stop thinking about!

At FOR we represent creative talent from some of the most exciting advertising and design studios out there, the kind of work that shows up in your feeds and socials, not just pitch decks.

We want to see work from people who actually care about ideas, craft, taste and culture. Designers with a strong point of view, exceptional craft and the ability to move comfortably across brand and campaign work; you get how design informs ideas, not just execution, and you’re happy collaborating with writers, creative directors and wider teams to make things land in a fun, clean and dynamic way.

Kinetic type and motion (AE / Figma) and typography are always in demand.

We offer freelance projects with leading agencies and brands, from short stints to longer runs. No fluff, just good briefs, good people and work that’s worth putting your name to.
