Design Scene is an international creative production agency with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles and Singapore. We craft design-led events and experiential marketing campaigns for brands worldwide.

We are looking to grow and strengthen our team with the addition of an experienced, dynamic Senior Experiential/Events Producer
, to work across physical, digital and hybrid events and activations. This role will be primarily based in our London global headquarters with the opportunity to travel and work from our other international offices (New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Singapore) or varied event locations for periods of up to 3 months at a time. This working structure allows for the building of a "One Team" global team mindset and sharing of process knowledge across our global operations.

You will have a minimum of 7 yearsʼ agency experience as a producer with 2 years at a senior level and enjoy rising to a challenge. Outstanding time management, organisational skills and a passion for live experiences are essential. Knowledge of content management a plus. Strong project management skills and client facing experience is a key to the success of this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Producer to work with a talented global team on hugely creative and innovative projects. Our major international clients include Amazon, Braze, Snap, Roku and Live Nation, for whom we activate worldwide. Domestic and International travel will therefore be essential.

Versatility is also key in this role - you will have both proven IRL and virtual event experience and be happy to work across different project types and size, with a flexibility of approach to ensure the delivery team are supported and the project is delivered to our high standards.

What is the purpose of the job?

Reporting into the Global Projects Director you will deliver outstanding, commercially successful projects for our clients worldwide.

You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of projects from initial brief to execution on-site or online, including post event reporting and analytics.

You will lead client communication to maintain, develop, and grow existing client relationships as well as working with internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors.

You will play a part in supporting the leadership team with business requirements as well as being a team player helping to deliver larger projects with multiple producers.

What do you have to achieve?

  • Happy clients, exceeding client expectations and securing repeat business
  • Driving and inputting into strategic, creative, and executional excellence in both IRL and digital, including content strategy and creative
  • Efficient management of the project lifecycle, from briefing creative to delivery, for both IRL & digital projects
  • To ensure all deadlines, both internal and client-led, are met
  • Impeccable project documentation; briefs, budgets, timelines, schedules, playbooks, etc.
  • Flawless content management and sign off processes across multiple stakeholders
  • Efficient and cost-effective supplier briefing and management
  • Profitable projects through the management of internal and external costs and staff billable time
  • Managing client billing schedules and supplier payments
  • Wrangling teams across departments and time zones
  • Growth and development of your line report(s) as applicable

  • Write proposals, including creative concepts and event treatments, with both IRL and digital focus
  • Briefing of internal and external creatives on studio deliverables
  • Ability to confidently present proposals in-person and on video calls
  • Advocate for the client and know their brand
  • Use experience and knowledge to suggest feasible creative solutions such as products, suppliers, technology, etc.
  • Possess IRL and digital production insight and knowledge to collaborate on and validate creative ideas and treatments with the studio team
