daily impact at Peloton
  • Elevate the Member

    Experience:

    Be the face of Peloton, providing top-tier customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests. You’ll manage reservations, assist with account issues, and ensure a seamless check-in process. You’ll also support our production team by optimizing the studio's energy and audience placement, and you’ll lead studio tours and post-class meet and greets.
  • Resolve & Support: Act as a front-line resource, promptly and professionally addressing member feedback, queries, and issues both in person and over email. You’ll also manage day-of standby and waitlists to ensure all classes are at full capacity.
  • Celebrate the Community: Take an active role in creating memorable moments, whether it's preparing swag bags, celebrating member milestones and birthdays, or taking and sharing photos with guests.
  • Streamline Studio Operations: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth production flow. You’ll become proficient in all our systems—from our reservation and email providers to Slack and G-Suite—and handle essential administrative tasks to keep the studio running efficiently.
You bring to Peloton
  • Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry, with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A friendly, professional, and energetic demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work proactively without constant direction.
  • A flexible schedule, as this role requires availability on weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings to meet business needs.
