My client, a top private developer located in Central London, is seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager/Senior Coordinator with experience in high-end new home residential developments in London.
The company has a great reputation in the industry and a world-class team, with plenty of support to grow and expand their team further. They have a number of high-profile projects within London and more in the pipeline, with strong financial backing and a growing size and reputation due to their recent successes.
The role will involve managing a small team and being the point of contact for client care, dealing with clients from the initial purchase stage through to completion and handover stage, and liaising with clients after the handover stage to ensure a smooth transition.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a small team and maintaining high-quality customer service
- Dealing with clients from initial purchase stage to handover and beyond
- Assisting the production team to ensure properties are fully inspected and defect-free
- Liaising with clients to resolve any queries or issues
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Experience as a Customer Care Manager/Coordinator in the high-end residential industry
- Leadership and excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience managing a customer care team
The company offers a salary of up to £42,000 plus package and is located in London.
