Salary: £30-36,000 (DOE)
A creative, design-led architectural practice in London is seeking a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join its expanding team. The studio delivers thoughtful and well-resolved design solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, guiding them from concept through planning and delivery. The practice values architectural quality, technical expertise, and professional growth, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and contribute to architectural design across RIBA Stages 2-4, from concept to technical design.
- Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and design documentation to a high standard.
- Develop planning submissions, feasibility studies, and design reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants throughout project phases.
- Support project delivery including detailing, specifications, and client liaison.
- Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- ARB-registered architect or RIBA Part III qualified.
- Strong design skills with clear conceptual thinking and excellent visual communication.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Good understanding of UK planning processes, building regulations, and construction detailing.
- Collaborative team player with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Exposure to a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
