Residential AV Project Manager

residential av project manager - this new role is seeking an experienced av project manager that has an understanding of the design process and who now wants to work with a small succesful custom installation integrator. You will take the initial system design brief from the cradle to the grave. An understanding of av systems gained from the high-end residential sector is an absolute must along with the delivery on time and on budget of £250k+ projects that can last anything up to 2 years is ideal.

You will have exceptional eye for detail and be a full team player good with projecting reporting, understanding timescales and dealing with programme changes and how this effects costs.

• take the initial system design brief from cradle to grave.
• deliver av projects on time and on budget (typical £250k+ projects, up to 2 years).
• maintain project schedules, reporting, and manage programme changes and cost impacts.
• collaborate with end users (uhnwi), interiors designers, m&e contractors, and design consultancies.
• demonstrate a strong eye for detail and be a full team player.
• apply knowledge of crestron, lutron, control4, high-end audio, and related switching/networking kit.

• experience in the high-end residential av sector.
• proven track record delivering complex av installations on time and within budget.
• tech-savvy with crestron, lutron, control4, high-end audio, switching and networking knowledge.
• excellent project reporting, scheduling, and change management abilities.
• ability to work with uhnwi end users, interiors designers, m&e contractors, and design consultancies.
• location eligibility: you must be living in the uk and legally allowed to work here.
