Senior Developer

Mint Selection are partnered with a leading UK energy company developing, investing in, constructing and operating large-scale renewable and energy storage projects across the country.

We are seeking aSenior Project Developer to take full ownership of projects from origination through to ready-to-build, working closely with internal teams across development, grid, planning, engineering and investment to ensure seamless progress through every stage of the lifecycle.

This role demands drive, accountability and exceptional communication.

You will be part of a high-performing team where collaboration and delivery go hand in hand.

Key requirements:

• Proven track record managing renewable or energy infrastructure projects through all stages of development, from site identification to construction or financial close.
• Deep understanding of the UK energy development landscape including planning, grid connection and land acquisition.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to align internal teams and external stakeholders around clear project objectives.
• Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on execution and delivery.
