As an Associate Structural Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in a close-knit team dedicated to excellence in design and client service. You’ll collaborate on a diverse range of projects, from high-end residential developments to innovative commercial structures, contributing to the design and delivery of solutions that make a tangible impact. • Lead projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to meet design intent and project goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of innovative structural solutions for residential and commercial sectors.
• shape project outcomes and contribute to the practice’s growth as part of a supportive and ambitious team.

• At least eight years of structural engineering experience, with a strong portfolio in residential and commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion, including client and stakeholder management.
• Strong technical design skills, with proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• A collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring and managing junior engineers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in structural design.
• Chartered with IStruct
  
  E (or demonstrable commitment to achieving chartership).
• MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
